Our Process
At Sasha and Sons we follow a 4 step process. The length of time and amount of detail involved in each step greatly depends on the size of the project. Regardless of the size of your project, our objective still remains the same. We will create a space which is functional and beautiful.
On-Site Consultations
On your initial consultation we will discuss your vision for the project. We will get to know your design taste and
how you will use the space. You may provide an idea of budget for the project. We will
provide input on functionality and help guide your vision.
Preconstruction Design
In this phase preliminary designs for the space is done.
Specifically, additional measurements are taken if necessary and the condition of the space and any repairs or concerns are discussed..
Once we create a design that meets your approval and budget we will send you a quote and contract for your acceptance.
Design & Construction
Once a quote is accepted, we will set a start date for your project. This phase may include structural engineering, pulling permits, laying out the project time line and product selection. As selections are chosen and details are ironed out, you will be provided updated prices and contracts. The project will begin.
The Finishing
Touches
Work has begun and your project is underway. Final touches are being done. Preliminary walk throughs are required at critical phases in the project and in the final phase. A punch list is created to address any retouches necessary. After the Final walk through is complete you can begin to enjoy you new space.
